The heated pool and lawn at Mas des Serres, the setting for weddings and celebrations
Weddings & Celebrations

A wedding on the road to Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Six bedrooms, a twenty-metre heated pool and gardens beneath the light of the Midi — taken over entirely, for one weekend, by the people you love.

Exclusive use

The whole estate, yours for the weekend.

For a wedding, Mas des Serres is taken as a whole: the Bungalow's four ensuite rooms and the two-bedroom Maison Braque together, so that the wedding party sleeps on the estate and wakes to the same view. The gardens, the terraces and the heated pool become the setting for the day itself — a ceremony on the lawn, a long table under the trees, an evening that ends by the water.

The main house remains the owners' private residence, which keeps the estate intimate rather than institutional: this is a family home that opens its gates, not a venue with a wedding every Saturday.

Saint-Paul-de-Vence — its ramparts, its church and its mairie — is five minutes along the road, and Nice airport fifteen minutes the other way, so guests flying in are with you within the hour.

In brief

What the estate offers.

The essentials for planning. Numbers for the reception itself, and everything else, on request.

Six bedrooms on site

Four ensuite rooms in the Bungalow, each with its own terrace, plus the two-bedroom Maison Braque with its own kitchen — around a dozen guests sleeping on the estate.

Gardens & a 20 m heated pool

Lawns, mature trees and a twenty-metre pool heated to 30°C, as backdrop for the ceremony, the photographs and the evening.

Terraces & the loggia

A covered dining terrace and an arched loggia looking over the hills — shade at midday, candlelight at night.

Parking for ten cars

Free on-site parking for up to ten cars, with the village and its car parks five minutes away for the rest.

Five minutes from the village

Saint-Paul-de-Vence for the civil ceremony, the church and the photographs among the ramparts; Fondation Maeght next door.

Fifteen minutes from the airport

Nice Côte d'Azur is a short drive, and Cannes, Antibes and Monaco are all within reach for guests who make a week of it.

Weddings and events are quoted individually. Tell us the date, how many you expect to sleep on site and how many to join for the day, and we'll come back with what is possible.

Good to know

The practical questions.

How many guests can sleep on the estate?

Around a dozen. The Bungalow's four rooms sleep nine (three rooms of two and Chambre Soutine with three single beds) and Maison Braque sleeps up to six across its two bedrooms.

Can we hold the ceremony at Mas des Serres?

The gardens and lawn lend themselves to a ceremony or a blessing on site. Civil ceremonies in France take place at the mairie — Saint-Paul-de-Vence's is five minutes away.

Is the main house included?

No. The main farmhouse is the owners' private home. Exclusive use covers the Bungalow, Maison Braque, the gardens, terraces and pool.

How is a wedding priced?

On request, according to the date, the length of the stay and the numbers. Write to us with your plans and we'll reply personally.
