Le Mas des Serres/Maison Braque
Maison Braque

A house of one's own, on the estate.

A self-contained two-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and living room — the only self-catering unit at Mas des Serres, sleeping up to six.

Self-catering

Two bedrooms, a kitchen, a door of your own.

Maison Braque is the estate's apartment: a separate building with two bedrooms, its own kitchen and a living room, so a family or two couples can keep their own hours — breakfast when they like, supper in, a week that runs to their rhythm rather than a hotel's.

It shares the gardens and the twenty-metre heated pool with the rest of the estate, and sits five minutes from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and fifteen from Nice airport. Named for Georges Braque, whose mosaic pool and stained glass can still be seen at the Fondation Maeght, a few minutes away.

From €600 per night in low season; rates vary by season. Combined with the Bungalow, it makes up the whole estate for groups of around a dozen.

Good to know

The practical questions.

How many does Maison Braque sleep?

Up to six, across two bedrooms.

Is it fully self-catering?

Yes — it has its own kitchen and living room, and its own entrance. It is the only self-catering unit on the estate.

Do we share the pool?

The pool and gardens are shared with guests staying in the Bungalow, unless you take the whole estate.

Can we combine it with the Bungalow?

Yes. Together they make up the whole estate — six bedrooms for around a dozen guests — which is how weddings and larger retreats book.
